 Having a 20 year background in corporate level sales and marketing with a Fortune 500 Company, I was looking for the same understanding of business principles in real estate that I was used to in the corporate world. I finally found that with Keller Williams. It is the only real estate company I've found that educates its agents in business principles and philosophies that help them take their businesses to the next level. In the first two years since joining Keller Williams my business has increased almost 700%. Pretty amazing wouldn't you say?

 It took me almost two years to have the courage to move to Keller Williams. I was content where I was and had no reason to make a change. But when I really thought about it, I realized that I wasn't progressing. I was doing everything in the same way year after year.

When forced to relocate our office, physically, we decided to explore other broker affiliations as well. In 1998, while attending a national real estate conference, I kept hearing about a company called Keller Williams. There was such an incredible energy about this company that I picked up some literature, spoke with a few KW agents, and signed up for one of their classes in Austin, Texas the next month. Little did I know that after 25 years in business, that I had discovered a company that matched my life and business philosophies.
